How to Request Deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your Brikabrak account. Use the subject “Delete My Brikabrak Account” and include your full name, registered email address, and phone number, if applicable. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Data We Delete

Once your request has been verified, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your profile and account information
• Your active and inactive marketplace listings
• Saved favorites and account preferences
• Personal identifiers associated with your account

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or financial record-keeping purposes. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

We aim to verify and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. We will notify you by email when the process is complete or if additional information is required.
